Privacy statement
Rotterdamse Bouwbedrijf B.V. processes personal data of visitors to this website and of people who contact us. This statement explains what data that is, why we process it and what rights you have.

What data we process
When you fill in our contact or quotation form, we process:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you provide it
- your town or city, if you provide it
- the project type and description you send us
We use this data solely to answer your request and to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your request for contact, and where it leads to an assignment, performance of the contract.
Forms and processors
Our forms run through Formspree, a service that forwards your message to our mailbox. Formspree processes your data solely on our instructions. The website itself is hosted by Vercel.
Website statistics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used: which pages are visited, which channel visitors arrive through and which buttons are clicked. Where we advertise through Google Ads, we also measure which ad led to an enquiry. This helps us improve the site and spend our advertising budget more precisely.
Analytics and advertising cookies are placed only after you give permission through the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and Google receives only anonymised signals that cannot be traced back to you.
We never send your name, email address, phone number or the content of your message to Google Analytics or Google Ads. We only measure events such as “form submitted” or “clicked WhatsApp”, without any personal data.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this website’s cookies in your browser; the cookie notice will then appear again.
How long we keep data
Requests that do not lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of two years. Data relating to work we carried out is kept for as long as statutory retention periods require, including the seven-year Dutch tax retention obligation.
Your rights
You have the right to:

- have incorrect data corrected
- have your data deleted
- object to the processing
- withdraw your cookie consent
